Josie Stone Project Director Vivacity said:

“We are delighted to be a partner of the University Centre and to sponsor this launch event. If Peterborough is to meet its ambitious regeneration targets graduates need the skills that creative and digital companies need. These courses provide them.”

Richard Stagg Director of Dsquared Ltd said;

“In a time where career opportunities are becoming ever more challenging for young people entering the workplace, why are education establishments not in regular dialogue with employers to ensure students leave college armed with the correct commercial skills? One such course bucking the trend is the all new FDA Digital Arts Degree, headed up by Amber Every of University Centre Peterborough. Amber was quick to consult with DSquared to analyse what skills, if any, were lacking in today’s crop of college leavers. As a result of this, we are now closely consulting with UCP to ensure the new course contains relevant industry content. From short, sharp shock projects, Dragon’s Den style presentations, to time keeping and workplace experience. Working in unison with creative agencies can only be a positive for UCP, the FDA Digital Arts Degree course and most importantly the students enrolling on the course.”
