University Centre Peterborough (UCP) has proudly celebrated the achievements of a group of employees from Howden, a global leader in mission-critical air and gas handling solutions, who successfully graduated with the prestigious Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership.

The graduates were honoured during UCP’s 2025 Graduation Ceremony, with James Richmond, Engineering & Projects Director at Howden, attending to witness his colleagues’ success and celebrate their professional growth.
