Managed independently from UCP and located within walking distance to our Park Crescent campus and the city centre / train station. The accommodation complex consists of 30 student bedrooms, set in a combination of 5 bedroom flats across two seperate blocks. The halls include:

Room Rates
- Standard: £560.00 PCM
- Premium: £585.00 PCM
A £400.00 deposit is required at the start of the tenancy, and there is an additional charge of £35.00 per month for allocated parking, if needed.
The rent includes all utility bills, and all rooms come fully furnished. For students, we also offer the option of a 51-week tenancy agreement.
