24 April 2026

University Centre Peterborough (UCP) recently welcomed members of the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce for a business workshop focused on how to win awards, held as part of the Chamber’s Peterborough Centenary event series.

The event brought together local businesses from across the region for a practical session designed to help organisations strengthen their award submissions, raise their profile and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Led by Anne Buckland of We Do Stories, the workshop explored how to craft compelling award entries, from identifying key achievements to presenting clear, evidence-based narratives. Attendees also heard from Dr Mike Greene, Deputy Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, who shared insight into prestigious accolades such as the King’s Award.
