Rehabilitating previously captive animals for WFFT in Thailand and studying elephant behaviour with AERU in South Africa (African Elephant Research Unit) was a dream gap year for IEG Animal Management graduate Nathan Scott.
Molly Smith
Molly Smith undertook BTEC HND Animal Management at University Centre Peterborough (UCP), to grow her knowledge and passion for animal welfare. Whilst studying, Molly was lucky enough to also be working in the industry; “I was zookeeping at the same time. I felt they [UCP] were really supportive”.
Llanya O'Haolain
Llanya Ohaolain studied HNC Animal Management at University Centre Peterborough to further her interest in animals after studying applied Science at Peterborough College; “I have always had an interest in animals but I mainly picked this course because of the variety of animals they had, specifically the meerkats”.
