The first year of the course provides you with a grounding in a variety of business disciplines, which underpin later learning. In year two you begin to specialise in marketing with the module Integrated Marketing Communications. In the final year, the marketing speciality is completed by studying Marketing in the Digital Age, Public Relations and a 30 credit Major Project on a marketing topic of the student’s choice. Teaching staff have strong professional profiles, and our close partnerships with local businesses allow us to draw on their expertise and resources for both input and assessment.

As the foremost professional organisation for management, Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is dedicated to developing successful managers and leaders, our collaboration with CMI (https://www.managers.org.uk/about-cmi/) enables you to acquire an additional professional qualification in tandem with your degree. Those enrolled in our BA (Hons) Business Management program have the opportunity to receive a CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership upon completing their degree. Upon enrolment in the degree course, you automatically become CMI members, gaining access to a variety of benefits, resources, and events designed to bolster your professional development. If you have completed the Foundation Degree in Business Management at UCP you can start Level 6 of the BSc (Hons)Business Management to obtain a full honours degree.     The tuition fees for full-time undergraduate students will be £8,250 per year, which is lower compared with many other universities.

    Fees for part-time study are pro-rata depending on the number of credits you are studying (i.e. 90 credits per year will be 75% of the tuition fee).

    There may be additional costs for this course which are not covered by the tuition fee.
