University Centre Peterborough Has the Highest Student Satisfaction rating Across East Anglia according to the National Student Survey (NSS) 2024

University Centre Peterborough has achieved outstanding results in the latest National Student Survey (NSS), demonstrating its commitment to delivering high-quality education and an exceptional student experience to the local community. We are proud to announce that we are 42nd in the NSS rankings, the only college-based Higher Education provider in the top 50. This remarkable achievement makes us the highest-placed provider in the East of England.

In 2024, several key areas showed remarkable improvement, highlighting the institution’s dedication to enhancing the student experience. “Teaching on my course” achieved an impressive 91.4%, up from 89.4% in 2023 and surpassing the benchmark of 89.7%. “Academic Support” saw a significant increase, reaching 91.5% compared to 87.5% in 2023, and exceeding the benchmark of 89.5%. This substantial improvement in “Academic Support” displays the efforts made by University Centre Peterborough to provide strong support systems, ensuring students receive the necessary resources and guidance throughout their academic journey. 

These results reflect University Centre Peterborough’s dedication to creating an environment of academic growth and innovation. Our achievements in key areas such as “Teaching on my course” and “Academic Support” highlight our commitment to exceeding national benchmarks and maintaining high standards of student satisfaction.

The NSS, completed by 340,000 students this year, is the official national quality survey for all final-year Higher Education students in the UK. It plays a crucial role in informing prospective students, supporting universities and colleges to improve the student experience, and ensuring public accountability.
