University Centre Peterborough Welcomes New Students with Induction Week

University Centre Peterborough (UCP), part of Inspire Education Group (IEG), welcomes a vibrant new cohort of higher education students to its campus with its annual induction week.

Designed to ease the transition into university life, the day begins with an official welcome talk that introduces new students to campus life, essential resources, and the support services available throughout their academic journey.

Following the introductory welcome, students jumped directly into interactive, subject-specific activities led by their academic departments. These hands-on workshops and icebreakers are designed to help students bond with their classmates, meet their lecturers, and get a head start on their degree courses.

Beyond subject-focused sessions, Induction Week offers new arrivals a comprehensive orientation of the campus facilities, from the library to student support networks.

University Centre Peterborough extends a very warm welcome to every student joining the campus community this week. Starting university marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and the entire UCP team looks forward to supporting, inspiring, and guiding the new cohort every step of the way as they settle into their studies.
